Recognizing that MSMEs are the backbone of many economies, contributing significantly to employment and economic growth, this program seeks to empower these enterprises with essential sales and marketing skills that are crucial for their sustainability and growth.

Manager/Sales and Marketing Executive in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME).

Module 1: Effective Sales Technique

  • Importance of sales for MSMEs.
  • Common sales challenges faced by MSMEs.
  • Prospecting, pre-approach and approach techniques.
 

 

Module 2: Marketing

  • Marketing fundamentals and its role in business growth.
  • Market Analysis: Identifying market trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Target Audience Profiling: Defining buyer personas and understanding customer needs.
  • Competitive analysis.
 
 

Module 3: Building Your Brand Identity and Effective Strategies

  • Defining brand values, personality, and visual identity.
  • Practical exercises to develop brand messaging and positioning statements.
  • Developing a Unique Value Proposition (UVP).
  • Choosing Marketing Channels: Digital vs. Traditional.
  • Crafting Messaging and Content Strategy.
 
 

Module 4: Allocating Resources for Implementation and Action Plan

  • Budgeting for Marketing Activities: Allocating Resources Effectively
  • Human Resources: Roles and Responsibilities in Marketing Implementation
  • Technology and Tools: Leveraging Resources for Success.
 
 

Module 5: Developing Marketing Plan

  • Guided session to develop a comprehensive marketing plan.

This course provide participants with in-depth training with hands-on experiences such as role-plays and simulations.

This programme comprises of five modules, with a duration of 2 days.
