Kursus 1 hari ini memperkenalkan konsep asas Matlamat Pembangunan Mampan
(SDG) dan hala tuju kemampanan, merangkumi:
i. Prinsip pembangunan mampan serta kaitannya dengan Agenda 2030.
ii. Pencapaian Malaysia SDG Cities dan hala tuju KL SDG City Roadmap.
iii. Pengenalan kepada Voluntary Local Review (VLR)
This one-day course introduces the fundamental concepts of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the direction of sustainability, covering:
i. The principles of sustainable development and their relevance to the 2030 Agenda.
ii. Malaysia’s achievements in SDG Cities and the direction of the KL SDG City Roadmap
iii. An introduction to the Voluntary Local Review (VLR)
This course aims to enhance participants’ knowledge and understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with the following specific objectives:
i. To increase and strengthen knowledge regarding the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and their diverse implications in the context of daily work.
ii. To provide exposure to the Malaysia SDG Cities and the KL SDG City Roadmap as the direction for sustainable development at the city level.
iii. To introduce the concept of the Voluntary Local Review (VLR) as a guide for reporting SDG achievements at the local level.
iv. To foster the values of transparency and accountability among DBKL officers through a basic understanding of sustainable development reporting.
